How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 7-14 business days, not including the day you ordered. Sometimes sooner. This process can take up to one week!

All hair is PREORDERED!

Once your order is ready to ship, you will recive a tracking email. After receiving a tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

Can I make changes to my order?

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Do we offer refunds?

All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control please contact USPS for further details once you receive tracking number.

Are we responsible for lost or stolen packages?

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
