My specialty is creating fun and up-to-date looks that will compliment every woman's lifestyle, as well as bring out your best features!

No Extra Guest | No Children | No Eating

Deposits

A non-refundable and non-transferable $30 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total. Once you book your services online and pay the booking fee. It's non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your own appointment, this obligation is your sole responsibility.

Time Management

Please be on time if you show up to your appointment 15mins after your scheduled appointment you will be considered a no call. No show appointment.Please do not book your appointment on a day a time sensitive day for you. Being rushed will not tolerated.

Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours you will be considered as an no call no show no call. No show appointment will be subject to a penalty charge of the full service price to the credit card on file

Payment Options

Please bring the remaining balance in cash! I do not accept credit cards, debit cards. Cash app or any form of payment in person. There is an atm available downstairs.

Appointment Prep

There will be a docusign agreement sent to you shortly after you book stating that you have read and agreed to everything stated in the policy. If this document is not signed within 24hrs your appointment will be cancelled. You can cancel, reschedule & view your appointments at your convenience.If you have any hair conditions I.E alopecia extreme eczema hair loss etc, please let me know at 984-837.0438 prior to your appointment with videos or pictures.

Hair Prep

Please come tangle free and ready to be braided or s30 will be added to your total. This fee will be due before your service starts. If the detangling process can not be done because of any reasoning prior to your appointment (I.E. You are running into the next client appointment time you will be charge of the full service price to the credit card on file and you will not be serviced for that day. I do not work over other people's work

Color Service

Natural hair coloring is not a service that is offered at this time. When you book color for extensions you must drop your hair off 7 days prior to your appointment. When you drop your hair off at the salon please make sure your name, date & time is written on the bag. Please keep in mind the salon is closed sundays and mondays. I do not color over others work

QUALITY HAIR ONLY PLEASE!

HAIR REQUIREMENTS

Please bring hd lace and or thin/transparent lace only. I do not work with Subi or Prime wigs! Wig must have small knots, not a full thick hairline any service including any sort of lace is required to be dropped off 1-2 days prior to your appointment no exceptions

As the queens we are, we will only tolerate positive vibes only. Please make sure to leave any negativity behind and come to your appointment ready to get beautified! Please ensure you thoroughly read our policy to ensure that everything works for you. If you are against any part of our policy, I would respectfully ask that you do not book an appointment. I look forward to seeing you!

After your service, please be vocal of your satisfaction because there are no refunds for any services. All sales are final. Pictures & videos will be taken for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready!
